Short Answer

Title of Lab Goes Here

Introduction

Explain the lab topic background (not the lab itself), including the most important terms and concepts that are covered in it.  Why is the subject of this lab important? Use at least one credible source other than the lab manual or textbook to write this section; cite the source(s) using APA format. Your background paragraph should be at least 5-7 sentences, not including any quoted material.

Below, I have made hypothesis for each of the three activities that were completed through the online Lab.

Activity 1- My hypothesis is since the Earth’s atmosphere’s purpose is to keep the temperature stable, the Earth with no atmosphere will have very high temperatures.

Activity 2My hypothesis is that change in temperature will be quicker in the Ocean than the Arctic Sea. The Ocean will become warmer before the Sea Ice will melt and this is because the sea ice will have to melt before the sea will become warmer.

Activity 3- I believe the island that has the ice glacial will melt quicker and cause the sea level to become higher than the sea ice.

Results

My lab results are shown below. Two of my hypotheses were accepted and there was one that was rejected.

Summarize the results of the activity as shown in Graph 3. Do you accept or reject your hypothesis? Why or why not?

This graph shows that my hypothesis is correct. Although, the ice glacial did not melt faster, the sea level did rise more than the sea ice.

9) Explain the difference between the amount of sea level change caused by melting glacial ice versus the amount of sea level change caused by melting sea ice.

I have to be honest, I am not really sure why this happened.
