The exam will consist of 5 essay questions. Please write legibly.

3. Carlo Petrini: Slow Food Revolution, Food and Freedom, Terra Madre
– Questions will be selected from the following topics.:
1. Food and culture (based on the readings from the first weeks)
2. Slow Food
3. Terra Madre
While the study questions posted can be used as reference to review some of the notions we learned in the readings, and the discussions we had in class, the exam questions may ask you to make connections between the different readings and may include critical reflections.
