You have been hired as a group of Sport Psychology consultants to a struggling college mens football team.
They had a poor season. To improve the team for next season, your task is to help them better deal with performance, enhancement skills, focus and help in putting his team back together again.
Useful Information: The team had a very poor season. They have Marc, he is extremely talented and was one of the nations top high school players. It is apparent, however, that he doesnt work hard during practices, and often shows up late. He consistently does his own thing, and remains aloof from the other players. He sometimes comes through in a pinch with a showy slam-dunk, but his play is often sloppy and is in general inconsistent.
There is tension both on and off the court amongst many of the team members. Players who do well with their free throw shots during practices choke at the line. Even when the team starts off well, by the second half they are usually far behind and dont seem able to get it together again. Things seem to be getting worse, and there is a sense that for the most part, the team is accepting their last-place status and role.
