SSM I – SOQ

A Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) is required.
The SOQ should have introduction and conclusion not be more than two pages, using Arial, 11 point font size. The body answer questions below and should be numbered example:

The factors below will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:

Ability to establish and maintain effective and beneficial relationships with internal and external customers.
Supervisory or lead experience.
Excellent customer service skills.
Demonstrated experience interpreting policies, regulations, and laws.
Good problem solving, decision making and critical thinking as well as good written and oral communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with executive management and various customers professionally.
Ability to exercise a high degree of initiative and flexibility as well as tact and good judgment.

Currently pursuing MBA with concentration in Leadership and Managing Organizational Change…Hone skills as a leader who celebrates diversity while making strategic, ethically responsible decisions.

My organization models leadership style after The Leadership Challenge Book by Barry Posner and James Kouzes. Please refer to the book and use language from the book. Attachments for reference and examples of previous SOQ for detailed experience which they are looking for specifics. Will add more docs soon  for your reference. Attached SOQ named Program Analyst was used for current position.
