While we are aware that the industrial growth of the United States at the end of the Nineteenth and the beginning of the Twentieth Centuries led to the nation becoming an economic world superpower, it came at many costs.  These cost not only had an impact on the people back then, but continue impacting you today.  choose one of the costs of industrialization from the list below and describe its impact during the end of the Nineteenth and beginning of the Twentieth Century.  Then, analyze the continued effect of your chosen cost on the world you live in today.  Finally, evaluate attempts by the United States government to mitigate (lessen) the impact of the cost you have chosen.  Be sure to use evidence in your descriptions and in support of your evaluation.
