The current world of globalization has been dominated by cultural differences in both local and international organizations. Organizational culture refers to several values, practices and expectations which control actions of all employees in an organization. Organizations which have been able to set up a positive working culture have been able to boast their performance rates as employees possess intrinsic motivation which enables them to remain focused.Organizations whose cultures are dysfunctional experiences several crises which generally affects its performance level. So, my research on the topic of organizational culture with the aim of understanding how it can be used to improve the performance of each employee
