The human body is an intricate puzzle of muscles, tendons, bones, and organs. Each of these features in the body are classified into different body systems that work together to keep us alive and well. However, learning each of these different features and systems can be confusing and hard to learn.
Watch Jack Choi’s On the Virtual Dissection Table TED Talk where he showcases an interactive cadaver that medical professionals can use to learn both the organization of the human body as well as how each of the body systems work together. This technology can provide medical professionals with infinite amounts of practice and exposure to the inside of the human body without actually needing a human body.
Refer to the information in the video, the Virtual Library and/or the Internet to conduct a search on common procedures (surgical or diagnostic) related to the body systems.
