to in this paragraph 2 in connection with the hypothetical law firm described in the memorandum.
Miscellaneous issues in connection with clients
The memorandum should include a discussion about matters including the formation of the client-
lawyer relationship, fees, billing, file maintenance and retention, conflicts of interest, property of
clients, and termination of the relationship. The memorandum should provide specific details in
regard to what you would propose (and the reasons for the same) in regard to the matters referred
to in this paragraph 3 in connection with the hypothetical law firm described in the memorandum.
Litigation and other type of work
The memorandum should include a discussion about matters including the areas of practice you
would propose (and the reasons for the same) in connection with the hypothetical law firm
described in the memorandum. The memorandum should provide specific details about how you
would propose to accomplish your plans to successfully practice in the areas in question.

Preventing malpractice
The memorandum should include a discussion about preventing malpractice and should include
