The topic of organizational culture has been the highlight of my courses thus far. My dissertation topic has changed and evolved since I began this program in late July. This course has truly defined my dissertation topic in which I will research organizational culture within student affairs from the perspective of staff members. In addition the course on leadership theories has been beneficial as well in my current supervisory role. Because of both these classes my research will be valuable as it will look at organizational culture and leadership within those cultures.
