Think of a previous group activity you were involved in. This can be any type of group, including a group assignment you had to complete for a class.
Answer the following as you reflect on your group:
- Describe how you moved through each of the 5 stages (Forming, norming…)?
- What were your roles in the group? Were they task, maintenance, or procedural?
