Part One: Review the handouts and informational videos from objectives and activities section. Provide a summary listing six specific ideas you learned about each of area of the dark side of exercise and body image. In other words, you should include one idea, 2-sentences in length about each item: distorted body image, eating disorders, muscle dysmorphia, exercise abuse, exercise dependence and/or overtraining.
Part Two: A personal trainer needs to design exercise programs for many different kinds of clients. Analyze the following scenarios and choose one to offer your advice based on what you learned from the module information on self, body image, and personality. Be specific, include a minimum of 8 detailed statements summarizing what your program would include and explain why?• Scenario One: For an individual who is not particularly self-motivated and who is also overweight. • Scenario Two: A client who is feminine typed.• Scenario Three: A client that displays a number of Type A behaviors.• Scenario Four: The transition from middle-school to high-school can be challenging for both boys and girls. Lots of things are changing in their lives, including their bodies. Suggest an intervention program for young teenagers (ages 13 to 15) with the objectives of improving or maintaining a healthy body image.
