Reflect on a male dominated career e.g. police, military, law enforcement and address what women might face or confront in this career:
(a) the challenges and best practices that are present, and
(b) how the content of teaching program could be used to make your colleagues (superiors and subordinates) aware of these challenges and practices in order to
(c) start a conversation and take some steps to address the challenges.
(d) on what you would discuss/teach, questions you would ask, and one type of exercise you would run to reinforce learning.
