The final assignment of the course is as follows:
Based on the 2nd research paper that you wrote, the TSBPA enforcements, evaluate your most interesting case based on the following assumptions:
1. You are the perpetrator
2. You are the person that detected/reported the infraction
3. You are a juror on the jury deciding the trial
I am enclosing a rubric that defines what I am looking for.
Incorporate the ideas and materials that we have discussed throughout this semester. I see this paper as a culmination and capstone to ethical reasoning and decision making. The paper should be 5 pages in length, not including cover page, works cited, and any supporting tables charts or diagrams you feel are necessary. The paper should be in APA format. I encourage asking lot of questions, and I will be providing additional guidance between now and the end of the semester.
