Unit III PowerPoint Presentation

This PowerPoint Presentation will measure your understanding of the concepts you have learned so far in this course and measures your mastery of ULOs 1.1, 3.1, 4.1, 4.2, 5.1, 5.2, and 5.3.

The PowerPoint must be at least 12 slides, not counting title and reference slides.

Be sure to also include properly referenced and cited photos, graphics, and images to complement your presentation. Speaker notes are not necessary. For guidance on creating a PowerPoint, the Success Center has a PowerPoint Basics tutorial that is helpful when developing a PowerPoint.

Units I through III provided insight into some of the foundational components of political science. For this assignment, you will create a PowerPoint in which you identify and distinguish between the following components: institutions, theories, philosophies, and ideologies. Your PowerPoint should include at least three examples of each component and address the following items:

  • the significance and key features of each component
  • how beliefs and ideology influence politics, with examples
