UPS’s ethical problems

Instructions: Ethical problem identification.  In your opinion, identify two major ethical problems / areas of potential concern that you have found that the company addresses in its documents that you have found in your research.
For each problem that you identify, provide a clear example of the challenge, and also the way the company directs that the issue be addressed.
If there is an historical example of the specific problem that the company has faced in the past, describe it (provide a references, of course).
What is an employee of the company instructed to do if / when the ethical challenge occurs? What company resources are available to assist an employee or manager?

I have already found 2 ethical problems of UPS, so plz just write these two and follow the instructions I mentioned the last paragraph
1. Racism/ harassment and Discrimination. Across the U.S., UPS has singled out and systematically harassed African American workers in many instances over the years even while recognized as one of the Worlds most ethical companies over the last 11 consecutive years. Dunn, a black driver, said he was treated differently than a white driver in a very similar situation. “They fired me because I hit a wall and didn’t report it in a timely fashion,” Dunn said. As it’s reported in Dunn’s EEOC filing, Dunn told the company about it 45 minutes later. UPS said in its response that it was a fireable offense.
The EEOC didn’t rule on Dunn’s case but it did say he could file a lawsuit in court if he wanted. His time for that ran out after 90 days.

2. Retaliation against whistleblowers and adverse employment action is a consistent ethical challenge many companies face. UPS has created codes and standards intended to prevent retaliation against whistleblowers and promote employees to speak freely about any concerns they may have. In May of this year, amidst the coronavirus pandemic, an employee raised concerns over the lack of safety procedures that were being put in place by management. The employee was then fired. After filing a complaint with OSHA, she was rehired and new ethical guidelines are in place : https://www.burlingtonfreepress.com/story/news/2020/05/05/ups-coronavirus-whistleblower-gets-her-job-back-after-being-fired/3085552001/
