The first paragraph should be about the general background of the organism. For example, the who, what, when, where, why, and how of discovery.
The second paragraph should be about where do you find this pathogen, where are you likely to come in contact with it, and how do you get infected/affected or prevalence.
The third paragraph should be about the diagnosis and treatment options.
And the fourth and fifth paragraphs, using a published journal article, should summarize current research and opportunities for identification/diagnosis/treatment.
