Visit Culture, Diversity and Equity. Watch the video. How might understanding about other cultures, diversity and equity effect your practices as a caregiver? Give a two to three paragraph (7-10 sentence) summary of the video. Read through the NCFELD (North Carolina Foundations for Early Learning and Development-attached) and find the Guiding Principles on page 13. Which of these are mentioned in the video presentation in one way or another (will not be word for word)? List at least two of the Guiding Principles that are mentioned.
