As a social work leader, you have been a practitioner and probably an administrator at some level already. In your career, you have needed to show client progress, program progress, and maybe agency effectiveness and performance. Although social workers do not always think in terms of measurement, data gathering, and statistics, that is what you do on a regular basis.
