Five years of experience designing and coordinating adult education courses or organizational development strategiesA Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Psychology, Business or Public Administration, Training and Development, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or related field may substitute for three years of experience.
Experience in design and delivery of training and learning and development activities, with a focus on leadership and management development
Experience in learning and development work that supports a diverse workforce integrating anti-racism, equity, and inclusion as foundational elements
