Hello everyone,
Based on my work experience, my strongest competency is communication. I work for The Walt Disney Travel Company, currently on a assignment for Disney+, in the past my work was helping our guest in planning their vacation, currently I work explaining billing accounts and provide the right information when it comes to troubleshooting, authorized transactions and fraudulent transactions.
Relationship Management is also a strong competency since I build relationships with my guest when it was creating their vacations and providing all the information of the product they are signing up for. It is a competency that I would like to keep improving since relationship in the company whether it is for managers, co workers or guest is the main key point of keeping the professional manner and value of what the company stands for.
Based on my work experience, I would like to improve more in Organizational leadership and navigation. I would like to keep growing inside the company and provide leadership. My goal is to keep learning more about human resources, gain more experience in the company and provide a better future for my family. Experiences that might help, would be learning more about human resources.
