Hi Everyone,
Welcome to Week Three. This week we will be discussing leadership theories.
Leadership is not learned overnight. There are leaders that are born and their innate character allows them to lead others. Then there are leaders that have learned from others how to manage and cultivate a workforce and have the foresight to carry an organization forward.
What do all these leaders have in common? Charisma
This trait is one that gives employees hope and allows leaders to share their wisdom.
