Write a fiction essay where you tell the story of a personfrom Haiti who was alive from the 1870’s to the 1930’s. Create a name for your narrator. Your narrator will tell us what they witnessed in watching the U.S invade the Caribbean and Hawaii during the turn of the century, then when the US invaded Haiti in 1915.and then when the people of Haiti fought with Communist support to remove President Hoover and the US from Haiti in the 1930’s.

Tell what you think not only about the bosses behind all this imperialism but, as the Haitian character that you are portraying what do you think of the American/people workers?
