Based on the SWOT analysis completed in Assignment 1 this week, create a plan to move forward and to strengthen the organizations Culture of Continuous Learning. Provide at least five different SMART goals for the organization in this plan, and then explain the following:

  1. How does the goal relate to the SWOT analysis you conducted?
  2. Why was the goal selected as a priority?
  3. How will this goal improve the overall culture of the organization?
  4. How will this goal help the company to achieve its strategies?
  5. What challenges could occur while trying to implement this goal?
  6. What is the best way to overcome those challenges?
