1) I am thinking of choosing patient education as one of my concept and educate the patient on self management of diabetes eg diet, self monitoring of BP, exercise etc since Clarence has high blood pressure.
2) The second concept am considering is the care giver or clinical judgement is just that I don’t know if we can get peer review articles to back it up.
