You are required to create your original response to the following prompt in the form of a video presentation:
Identify a new religious movement NRM (i.e., a religious movement that had its’ beginning no earlier than the 1800s) and describe the historical development and major tenets of the religion. Additionally, discuss the elements of your chosen NRM that are similar or different from the established world religious we have covered in this class.
Your submission can be in the form or a short ORIGINAL short film (5-10 min) that you could easily produce in an app like IMovie. You could also prepare a powerpoint or prezi with voiceover using a screen recording program like Zoom (aim for a minimum of 6-7 slides). Also, you must provide your source citations.
