Topic: Your choice of ethical dilemma in the business world.
The last issue is to make sure as you analyze and present the ethical situations you will be writing on, that you incorporate as much of the course concepts and theories as appropriate to build your argument or position. This will let me see how well you understand and can apply the material covered in the course as it relates to the given situations you are writing about. I want to know why you “think” or “believe” the way you do about the situation and not just that you think or believe a certain way about it.
The case analysis will include a 4-5 page (not including the title and reference page), double spaced, written paper structured using the Framework for Ethical Decision Making and using the APA 6th style format.
After you have chose your topic regarding an ethical dilemma in the business world, please address these questions in your analysis:
1. What is/are the ethical dilemma?
2. Who are the stakeholders? How were they affected?
3. How should have the situation been handled? Would you describe your chosen response as an example of proactive or reactive ethics? Why?
4. Is there something this company or any company in this dilemma could have implemented to prevent this from happening in the future?
