You will have an opportunity to share a case, and also read about many other organizational change examples to get a sense of how organizations manage change.
- Locate a case of a change in an organization that was either planned or forced/reactive.
- Make sure to select a different case from other students.
- For that case, discuss and describe the change and why it was either a planned or a forced/reactive example of change.
- In your post, assess whether the change was effective or ineffective.
