SPT 710 Short Paper Guidelines and Rubric
Module Four Short Paper: For this short paper, write about an opportunity where you applied management or leadership theory in your job. Explain your
experience. Detail what elements worked in this situation and what, if anything, could have been better. If you have not had an opportunity yet, describe a
situation at work that you would either like to or would have liked to apply your academic leadership training to. Consider what, if anything, you would do or
have done differently than what management is doing/did (informs Section IV of the final project).
Module Six Short Paper: For this short paper, write about what you have accomplished professionally at your internship and what additional accomplishments
you hope to achieve prior to the conclusion of your internship. Consider not only what you have done but what you have learned during this opportunity.
