hard work

Consider a South American factory that employs children and adults to make handmade clothing products that are highly valued by tourists and consumers in other countries.  The workers make very little money compared to American workers but their wages are competitive in their country.  One of the workers, a young widow, occasionally uses leftover material to make clothing for her children.  Carefully assess this situation using the theory of Kant and the theory of Mill (Rule Utilitarianism). Compare and contrast the two views, and highlight the strengths and weaknesses of each theory with respect to the problem.
