  • Week 2: Ordering and Stocking Methodologies

    • Describe the ordering or reacquisition of materials methodology.
    • Describe the organization’s stocking methodology. Include specifics about the following:
      • Perishables
      • Electrostatic Discharge (ESD)
      • Supermarkets
      • Point-of-use staging
      • Kitting
      • ABC classification
      • Sensitive/classified materials
  • The stocking methodology analysis should include at least 3 key points under each topic.
