research. State why this is an urgent problem that must be addressed now. Pull from your
four sources (scholarly articles) to write about the history of the problem and what
scholars are saying about the issue. Cite all four of your articles (include a References
page at the end). Include the issue’s impact on specific groups/overall society.
● Proposed Study (about 2 pages): State your solution for the chosen issue. State if the
solution has been tried before. State how you know your solution might/will work.
Convince your organization/school why your solution is the best solution.
