  3. Write an initial response to the following key question(s) or prompt(s):
    1. Compare and contrast the basic security and privacy requirements of HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), GLBA (Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act), and SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act). What differences and similarities do you see?
