What about elite status bonuses?
I’ve written about this in detail here – the upshot is that BA Gold and The Frozen North Gold MVP 75k status levels require a similar measure of flying, however a BA Gold ‘just’ gets a 100 percent reward, whereas a Gold Country Gold MVP 75k part gets 125% reward (in addition to an additional 50,000 Gold country Miles when they requalify, yet I’ll ignore that here to keep things simple.).
MVP Gold 75K individuals, therefore, receive 375% of flown Miles on BA’s least expensive Business Class charges, while BA Golds on a similar flight would get 250% of flown Miles.
Using a similar Prague-San Francisco model as above then, The Frozen North Gold MVP 75k would earn a staggering 45,000 Miles, worth ~£750. ABA Gold would earn 30,000 Avios, worth ~£300.
