Last week, you submitted the essential elements for writing an SBAR. This week, you will use the bullets topics from last week’s submission and write an SBAR with the executive summary. Use this format to write your paper: SBAR
I recommend using your submission last week to write your paper this week. NO COPY PASTE from the case study. You may use a quote from the article and if you do, you must use an in-text citation. You will need to create a reference for this article at the end using APA format.
Purpose: The two assignments work together to demonstrate how the analysis approach in critical thinking is applied to a healthcare problem and how the SBAR is the writing format used to document the critical thinking process.
