Draft Definitions and Description
The major project due in Module 12 is going to be a set of instructions that includes two supporting graphics. For this assignment, I want you to submit a sentence definition and complex product description of the tool you selected as your topic for the instruction project. The definitions you submit here are a draft of what will be due in the final instructions in Module 12. The first step in creating your instructions will be to create a definitions and a description.
- A sentence definition of the tool you selected as your topic for the instruction project (for example, Microsoft Word, Teams, – if more than one tool is used, you can just pick one). Your sentence definition must be between one and three sentences long, utilize thoughtful and accurate word choice, and be free from grammatical errors. See page 194 of the textbook for an example!
- A complex product description of the tool used to complete the task you selected as your topic for instruction project. This should be arranged spatially, and should be no more than one paragraph (5-10 sentences) long. See page 212 of the textbook for an example!
Both the sentence definition of the process and the complex product description of the tool should reflect a clear understanding of the principals outlined in the class materials for each. The definition and the description should be included in the same document and clearly marked with a header.
