ASSESSMENT #1
PURPOSE: Showcase your competency for scaling a business and understanding of operations
SITUATION:
As of today, SCG Agency is operating around $250k annually in revenue. We have a team of 4, a proven sales process and service that we provide to Prime IV franchisees. Within the next year we will be at $1-2M in annual revenue, we will be merging with the Prime IV Corporate Headquarters, and will be expanding both our frontline team, as well as elevating a leadership team capable of executing the day-to-day within the marketing department. In other words, we have a strong foundation, and we want to evolve into a well-oiled, well-led and seasoned marketing department inside of the Prime IV organization.
YOUR JOB:
Outline a strategic game plan for each of the critical deliverables that you would execute in your role as Operations Manager, to scale SCG Agency from where we are today to where we want to be (Point A to B). This game plan should include a brief overview of the deliverable(s) you would execute, and what your desired infrastructure for the company would be at the $1-2M mark across the following pillars:
- HR & Team-Building
- Internal Communication & Meetings
- Leadership Team
- Systems & Processes
- KPIs & Data
ANSWER: Film a Loom video (your face does not need to be included in the video) walking us through the game plan you built elaborating on each of the core projects and deliverables that you created (you can format this game plan however works for you – powerpoint, written document, workflow, etc).

NOTE: Given the limited information provided, you can make any assumptions about the current state of our operations & team. (ie. you could assume we’ve hired an all-star team, and share how you would keep that up as we scale; equally, you can assume we’ve hired a mixed bag of team members, and detail how you would systematically increase the team performance across the board. The purpose of this assessment is to see how you think, who you would hire, and not tell us the “right” answer)
