Log into the Columbia Southern University Online Library, and select an article of a high-profile event that discusses how the failure of ethical leadership impacted the company. Select an article that discusses corporate culture and governance of the company or business organization.
Possible topics to search for an article include:
- the Enron corporate finance scandal,
- the collapse of Lehman Brothers, or
- the Madoff investment scandal.
Use the Unit II Template , and include the following information.
- Explain the corporate culture and/or governance of the company or business organization.
- Explain the failure(s) of ethical leadership in the company that lead to the event.
- Discuss ways the failure might have been avoided.
You are required to use at least one source from the CSU Online Library. Please adhere to APA Style when creating citations and references for this assignment. APA formatting, however, is not necessary.
