Prepare and submit a Leadership Development Strategy for your project. Develop a strategy with your vision statement in mind. Intend incorporation of the strategy into your Ministry or Non-profit Plan final assignment. List the desired knowledge, character, and skill competencies to be developed in each emerging leader.
Create a complete Leadership Development Strategy using the framework from the text, The Leadership Baton, and the findings from your assessment above. Include the identification, recruitment, training, and evaluation of emerging leaders. In addition, include the three areas of development–Head (knowledge), Heart (character), and Hands (skill) competencies needed for that area of ministry. As outlined in the text, The Leadership Baton includes a strategy for delivering these areas of development. The strategy may include but not be limited to courses, online resources, reading requirements, assessments, and mentoring.
Develop a strategy for how you intend to implement the Leadership Development Plan. It is assumed that you will be part of the implementation process.
Submit the final 4-page Leadership Development Strategy on Day 7 of Week 6. Cite course materials and other sources in APA format.
