Do you remember back in Week 1 when you established your goals? It’s time to revisit them, evaluate how you are progressing, and honestly reflect on what you need to do to put them back in focus (if needed). 

 

Part One:

 

Download the Self-Regulation and Motivational Strategies Planner, and list the goals you identified in Week 1. Provide an evaluation on your progress to accomplishing those goals and specific changes you need to personally make in order to put them back in focus. Finally, identify how you plan to celebrate your accomplishments when you achieve those goals. 

 

Part Two:

 

Now that you have tracked the goals you set as a requirement for this course, it is important that you find a way to track your goals throughout your professional career. In a two paragraph reflection, below your self-regulation goal planner, you need to identify a process or tool that you plan on using to track your goals and the system you will use to monitor your progress towards achieving them.
