Identify a group or work team which you have been a part of at school or at work. Evaluate the performance of the group/team based on the important group and team concepts addressed in the textbook (Book: Industrial and Organizational Psychology by Paul E. Spector) (Chapter 12: Work groups and work Teams). Share any recommendations you would have that could have improved the group or team performance as you reflect back on that experience. As you present your response, address how a Christian worldview might relate to productive group behaviors.
