Your district is offering a series of trainings on Common Core Standards (CCSS). Since the standards differ from the previous standards, teachers need to attend training sessions to develop an understanding of the CCSS implementation. Teachers are not taking advantage of these trainings. Only those seeking certification hours are attending sessions around the county. Identify specific strategies for increasing attendance at your district’s professional development training sessions.
