Based on the readings provided explain why this is an important professional acumen to establish. With every project executed the role of sponsorship comes into play. In the readings for this chapter, we had a chance to look at the role of project sponsors in relationship to project management and execution. Describe in detail the role of project sponsorship and how it has an impact on the execution of professional projects today. How can the orientation of sponsorship shape the project itself? Please be specific in relating your answers to the readings.
