Third, prepare your Short Paper 2 (1-2 typed pages, full directions below) covering the following topics:

 

  1. A. Describe in your own words Divine Command Theory, the Natural Law Theory of Morality and the Euthyphro Dilemma.
  2. Create at least one ORIGINAL example to illustrate the Euthyphro Dilemma (not adulatory). Be sure to explain how BOTH choices are undesirable, and possible responses from believers in Divine Command Theory AND the Natural Law Theory of Morality.

 

  1. A. Conclude by telling me if you are persuaded by Divine Command Theory or the Natural Law Theory of Morality
  2. Explain why or why not.
