Description of the Assignment
For this assignment, the PN student will collaborate with other students in a group to create a PowerPoint presentation on a selected disease process from the various disease process that have/will been covered in the Medical-Surgical II course.

- Topic: Gastrointestinal Reflux Disease (GERD)
- You can use the template PowerPoint provided to complete the assignment or create your own. But ensure that it contains the assignment criteria identified below.
- The number of slides for this assignment should be between 10 – 12.
