Overview

Despite the recognized importance of knowledge resulting from research there are barriers translating knowledge to practice. This assessment will provide a forum which leads to an understanding of impediments to health care workers uptake of research at an individual, unit and organizational level (Curtis, et al. 2017). This paper asks you to identify a past change and discuss the planning and implementation.

Within your discussion identify the key stake holders of the change and why, discuss which of these parties were involved in planning the change,1 was everyone represented?
