PROPOSED SOLUTIONProvide specific and realistic solution(s) or changes needed. Explain why the solution was chosen. Support the solution with evidence from concepts and leadership theory which you learned in class, or personal experiences.

RECOMMENDATIONSDepending on the case, suggest either what should have been done differently to have avoided the problem, or what should be done next, and by whom, to fix the problem. Support with leadership theory.
