Leadership Growth Plans

Hide Folder Information Instructions

To effectively support teacher improvement, a professional learning and growth plan should consist of several important elements, including measurable goals, related objectives with activities to be completed, needed resources, required evidence of completion, and a timeline for completion. Learning activities should involve research-based instructional strategies and practices as well as content knowledge and skills.

As an educational leader, understanding how to most effectively motivate each teacher is also important for teacher improvement.
