Early in the program you took a course in Executive Leadership. Based on what you have learned over the last year, please address this question.
The referenced website describes three leadership styles; Authoritarian, Participative, and Delegative. Describe a situation with a hypothetical new company in the entertainment industry where each of the three styles might be the best approach.
