Using the results from your personality test, create a diversity SWOT analysis supported with research and visual representation. Start with a table listing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) of your personality type.

As part of your SWOT, include how your personality type interacts with diversity. The purpose of performing a SWOT analysis is to reveal positive forces that work together and potential problems that need to be recognized and possibly addressed. Identifiers include perception, differences, conflicts, social identities, interpersonal communication, and inclusion.

write a two – three paragraph explanation of your SWOT analysis and how you and your personality type can support diversity in the workplace. As part of your explanation, include the ways in which diversity is changing with the U.S. population and how that will impact how you can support diversity. Include at least one outside source.
