For this discussion, you are going to take a look back at how far you have come as a communicator, what you still need to work on, and what strengths you possess. Please answer EACH of the following questions with a three to five sentence answer, utilizing personal examples, information from readings, or general observations.
- Since the beginning of the course, what, if anything, have you learned about how you communicate? What has changed in your communication that has made you a better communicator?
- What have you found as one of your weaknesses as a communicator? How are you going to try to make yourself more effective in this manner?
- What skill is a strength of yours and how do you envision being able to apply it in your future career?
